Our weekday training program is designed for experienced 85cc/Supermini riders through professional SuperMotocross athletes. While we offer group classes and multi-day camps for 50cc, 65cc, and beginner-level riders, our weekday sessions maintain a focused skill level to ensure the pace and progression stay high. Simply put, LCAT doesn’t mix Cobra 50s or beginner big bikes with 450 pros. Every rider has a place in our program, and this one is built for advanced amateurs and professionals only.

Our in-person weekday training program is based exclusively in Central Florida, offering consistent, high-level coaching to riders looking to sharpen their skills and elevate their performance.

Training Schedule

Our training packages are structured to fit your commitment level and goals:

  • One-day per week: Wednesdays

  • Two-days per week: Wednesdays and Thursdays

  • Three-days per week: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Why Monthly Students Get Priority Over Drop-Ins:


To maintain a consistent, progressive learning environment, we limit drop-in sessions to just 12 per year (one per month). This ensures that our core group of monthly students—who train regularly—can grow together, stay familiar with drills, and follow a structured path toward improvement.
Think of it like a team: consistency breeds trust, rhythm, and results. Opening unlimited drop-ins would interrupt that process and dilute the experience. Keeping it limited makes it fair for our committed monthly athletes and ensures high-quality coaching for everyone involved.

Performance Pattern Tracking Systems

Each training session is meticulously recorded in our system to identify and analyze positive and negative performance patterns throughout the week. Every measurable detail is logged and reviewed from sprint times and full motos to technical drills and recovery sessions. This data-driven approach helps us recognize fluctuations, uncover strengths, and pinpoint areas that need improvement. By understanding these performance trends, we tailor each session to focus on the most impactful aspects of the athlete’s development, ensuring consistent progress, eliminating guesswork, and driving peak performance.

Off-Bike Fitness Accountability

Progress starts on the bike. All riders must show proof of a current training routine upon registration. If none exists, we provide a complimentary, motocross-specific fitness program built with top sports experts. Focused on strength, endurance, mobility and injury prevention, this program is mandatory to ensure every athlete is physically prepared to perform and progress each week.

Note: Some of these benefits are not included for one-time drop-in sessions; the fitness plan is only included in 2-3 day a week packages.

Training Package Security

  • Make-up classes within a set timeframe (90 days) for missed sessions — but only for legitimate reasons like illness, injury, or family emergencies. Reasons need to be provided in writing e.g. medical reports, etc.

    ● Required 24–48 hour notice unless it's an emergency

    ● Must be used within 90 days of the missed session or forfeited

  • One-time “Pause” per package cycle (3-, 6-, or 12-month), letting you freeze your package for 3-9 weeks. This works great for injuries, surgeries, vacations, or mental reset.

    ● Limiting to 1 pause per contract period

    ● Requiring documentation for injury

    ● Not a refund — only time extension

  • For just 6–12% extra (percent based on selected package), protect your purchase in case of injury. This add-on acts like mini-insurance and gives you:

    • Partial refund or credit for any unused classes

    Injuries happen—this makes sure you don’t lose your investment.

  • If a rider can't continue and doesn’t want to pause, you are allowed to gift or transfer the remainder of your package (once per cycle) to a friend or family member —keeping the value in the system.
