    • Rider-to-coach ratio is around 10:1, with riders grouped by age and ability.

    Day one:

    8 AM stretches/ warm-up exercises

    8:30 AM riders meeting

    9 AM organized practice

    10 AM body positioning

    11:45 AM breaking drills

    12:30 PM LUNCH

    1 PM corner drills

    3 PM jumping drills

    4 PM starting/sprints

    9 PM quiet hours (lights out)

    Day two:

    8 AM stretches/ warm-up

    8:30 AM riders meeting

    9 AM line selection

    10 AM passing

    11:45 AM racing attitude

    12:30 PM LUNCH

    1 PM sprints

    3 PM races

    4 PM awards ceremonies

    6 PM – gates close\
